Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We never store your full payment details.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after it has been processed.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Shipping times may vary depending on postal delays, but we always do our best to get your happy mail to you quickly.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are billed automatically every month from the day you subscribed. Packages are sent the month after billing.

• You may cancel anytime before your next billing date.

• Cancellations made after billing will apply to the corresponding month’s box.
