At Dilly Dally Stickers, we do our best to get your happy mail to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Subscription orders ship once a month (first 7 business days) and ship the month after billing. Example: You subscribe in September, your order will be sent the following month.

Shipping Rates & Delivery​

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Delivery times vary depending on USPS, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Our flat rate is $3.99 USD. Free shipping promotions may occur.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number (if applicable) by email. May go to spam/junk folder.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your stickers arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dillydallystickersco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to work to find a solution.
